Developed a waste reduction plan for SI and implemented the plan’s initial phase for
the East Mall Zone (National Air and Space Museum, Stephen F Udvar-Hazy Center and
the National Museum for the American Indian.) Also conducted a preliminary LEED-EB
review for the National Air and Space Museum.
Buffalo Courthouse, NY – pursuing LEED rating. Reviewed 50% specifications for
inclusion of LEED requirements as a subcontractor to Natural Logic.
McGuire Airforce Base Squad Operations, NJ - pursuing SPiRiT rating. Reviewed
design twice during Design Development and provided team’s sustainable design reports
for client. Provided sustainable design support to design team.
Department of Transportation Headquarters, DC – pursuing LEED rating: Reviewed
bridging documents and preliminary design documents with design teams; reviewed
current design for existing LEED credits; and provided guidance as to how and when to
register the project.
U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters, Suitland, MD - [DMJMH+N as Program Manager;]:
Assisted the Program Management team with evaluating bridging documents. I
specifically reviewed the proposed LEED credits and provided my assessment to GSA.
Los Angeles Community College District, LA, CA [DMJMH+N as Program Manager;]
Worked with Program Management Team to produce front end documents to be used
on all LACCD projects that are mandated to be Silver LEED certified.
